We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipper, Receiver, and Inventory Control Specialist. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that high-value tech components and custom-built systems are handled with precision and care.

The ideal candidate has a technical mind and understands that in the computer industry, the difference between a successful build and a delay is often in the details of the inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shipping & Receiving: Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, including delicate computer hardware, drone components, and gaming rigs.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate, real-time digital inventory of parts and finished products.
  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming stock for damage and verify that outgoing orders match specifications exactly.
  • Logistics: Prepare shipping labels, schedule pickups, and coordinate with couriers.
  • Local Transport: Occasional pick-ups or drop-offs of parts or customer units.
  • Organization: Keep the warehouse and tech staging areas clean, labeled, and efficient.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping/receiving or inventory control specifically within the computer technology or electronics industry.
  • License: Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfortable using inventory management software and basic office suites. Familiarity with computer components (CPUs, GPUs, RAM, etc.) is a major asset.
  • Physical Ability: Able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
