Job Description:
As a Shipping, Receiving & Shop Support team member, you will handle the back end of our operations while jumping in wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly. This is a multi-purpose role perfect for someone reliable who likes variety and takes pride in an organized workspace.
As a Shipping, Receiving & Shop Support team member, you will handle the back end of our operations while jumping in wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly. This is a multi-purpose role perfect for someone reliable who likes variety and takes pride in an organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, check orders against packing slips, and update stock in CRM.
- Pack and ship outgoing repairs, sales, and RMAs with accurate labeling and documentation.
- Manage inventory: organize stockroom, track levels, and flag low-stock items.
- Perform RMA testing on returned electronics and document results.
- Answer phones and assist walk-in customers when the front counter is busy.
- Handle general labour: shop cleaning, organizing, minor assembly, and helping the bench team.
- Support the sales and service team with moving equipment and basic errands.
- Keep the warehouse and shop areas clean, safe, and professional at all times.
- Local Pickup and Deliveries
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general shop experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning CRM.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to multitask.
- Valid driver's license for local pickups.
- Full-time (40 hours/week).
