Job Description:
As a Service Triage you'll be the first point of contact for customers, diagnosing tech issues, recommending solutions, This role combines technical triage with customer-facing sales to ensure smooth operations and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and triage service requests (e.g., repairs, upgrades, or consultations).
- Perform initial diagnostics on devices (computers, laptops, peripherals and other electronic equipment) and create tickets in our system.
- Recommend and sell products/services, including hardware, accessories, and MSP options.
- Maintain a clean, organized storefront and assist with inventory stocking.
- Collaborate with technicians and sales team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or tech support.
- Basic knowledge of computers, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle busy floor traffic.
- Familiarity with POS systems and ticketing software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site support).
