Job Description:
As a Computer Bench Tech, you will repair laptops and desktops at the bench with a mix of software fixes and hardware replacements. You will get machines fixed fast and back to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and fix software issues: OS reinstalls, malware removal, driver problems, data recovery.
  • Replace hardware components: screens, keyboards, RAM, SSDs, batteries, etc.
  • Document all work in CRM.
  • Handle same-day repairs when possible and assist with walk-ins.
  • Test machines thoroughly before return.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bench area.
  • Support the team during peak periods.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years bench repair experience (software and hardware).
  • Strong Windows and Mac troubleshooting skills.
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
  • Full-time (40 hours/week).
