Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative, you'll identify and nurture new B2B opportunities, focusing on reservations, SMBs, and key sectors. This role combines outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and sales support to grow our client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build relationships with Small to Medium Businesses.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule consultations/quotes for sales team.
  • Track leads and activities in our CRM.
  • Participate in events for networking.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns (e.g., direct mailers) to drive funnel traffic.
  • Meet monthly targets for new opportunities and conversions.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (IT/tech preferred).
  • Strong communication and prospecting skills; familiarity with the Manitoba market.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for client visits.
  • Results-driven with positive attitude; full-time (40 hours/week).
